Is there an advantage to buying mansion tix in advance?

I did a search and didn%26#39;t find this exact question. Can you buy the 5 mansion pass at the mansion or do you have to buy it online? If you can buy it there, is there any advantage to buying the tickets in advance? Are they cheaper online?

If there%26#39;s no advantage I%26#39;d prefer to buy them once we get there. We%26#39;ll be there in mid November so I don%26#39;t think lines will be an issue.

No they are not cheaper on-line, and they can be purchased at ant of the properties. I%26#39;m assuming you are going before Nov. 15th, as after that, only 3 properties are open (and decorated for the holidays)

Oh, wow, thanks. I am actually going just after the 15th and did not realize only 3 were open. I guess I didn%26#39;t read the Newport mansion website very carefully. I will definitely just buy them when we arrive.

I certainly expect the Breakers will be open; it was beautiful years ago at Christmas time. Be sure to make it one of your stops!
