3 night Newport trip - Need help planning

I prefer to stay in Middletown where the hotel rates are better. It%26#39;s just on the outside of Newport. I like the Hampton Inn and the Marriott Residence Inn.

Things to do:

Mansion Tours

Rent Scoot Coupes and drive up and down the coast

Ferry to Block Island

Shop Spring Street and Thames Street

Places to Eat:

Red Parrot

Brick Alley Pub

The Moorings
