To narrow down the mansions, if you want to see the largest, most over the top mansion visit the Breakers. It does however have lines so you must go early. All the other mansions have their own personalities so it may be fun to see one of the other less visited ones. Marble House has a self guided audio tour that is quite good.
If you want an interactive experience, look at Asters Beechwood mansion. They have costumed actors. The mansion is less opulent than others but is interesting. One time I went to a murder mystery performance there that was quite good.

I%26#39;d suggest also taking a harbor cruise. This is a fun way to be out on the water and see some beautiful ocean views.
Definitely the cliff walk. Did you see my notes in the other post about using the trolley to get to the cliff walk?
If you%26#39;re into quirky sites you could check out the tower that some think was built by the Vikings. It is free...

In no real order:
1) Go to a mansion, or two, then....
2) Walk part of Cliff Walk,
3) Drive around Ocean Drive, and stop at Fort Adams, or Castle Hill or Ocean Cliff for a drink in a lounge chair on the grass- the best view of the bay ever,
4) Go to Second Beach if you%26#39;re into that,
5) Take the ferry to Rose Island Lighthouse and across to Jamestown just for fun
6) Go out on the town at night, and don%26#39;t miss the fireworks!
