Hello, I am going to Newport labor day weekend and i was wondering what is the best beach that has bars and restaurants where we can drink all day and lay on the beach at the same time with a younger crowd

That is not really the best beach in the area, but for what you are looking to do, it fits the bill.
FYI there really aren%26#39;t any other bars or restaurants on beaches in Newport. The bars and restaurants are down along the harbor, not on the beaches.
