I stayed at Josie%26#39;s last weekend and it was wonderful! I found this B%26amp;B through online searches and knew very little about it beforehand. I couldn%26#39;t have been happier. The location is very convenient--within walking distance to beaches and the downtown area. The B%26amp;B is beautiful and spotless. Josie made delcious homemade breakfast both mornings of my stay. I highly recommend this B%26amp;B. The price is so reasonabale and Josie takes great care of you! It%26#39;s like staying with family. I plan on going again later this summer.

A friend of mine was having a wedding in Newport and I was referred to Debbie Miller at Bed and Breakfast Newport ltd. I made reservations almost 6 months in advance, but two weeks before the wedding I found out that there were no reservations. Debbie claims to have made the reservation, but Josie said she didn%26#39;t. Luckily, Josie still had a room avaiable. The day my and husband and I were planning on driving up, he had an emergency at work, so we were delayed. I called Josie to ask if it was okay to arrive around 1 a.m. She said it was fine and told me where to find a hidden key that would let us in. No more than 5 minutes later I get a call from Debbie telling me that Josie doesn%26#39;t want us to stay there and was very upset that we were going to arrive that late. I told Debbie that I wanted to speak with Josie personally and Debbie told me that Josie didn%26#39;t want to speak with me. Only after myself, the bride, and the groom argued with Debbie was I able to get my money back. Beware of these two.
