It is supposed to be a combination of the two. They are planning on adding 5 condominiums just past the current Inn building, and carving up some space inside to add 5 or so hotel condo%26#39;s. Otherwise the hotel is to be completely renovated and winterized. But from the last I heard they were having some issues with the credit crunch and raising the requisite money.
